Locodude0001. A life story.

It all started with one man, striking red hot metal, crafting it into a shape he so desired it to be. Creating a cloning machine would not be easy work, but he was intent on finishing it before ... THEY arrived.

"Open this door!" they yelled from outside the laboratory room. The man started pounding faster, intent on finishing the final piece. "FBI, OPEN RIGHT NOW!" A constant bang on the only door in or out.

The final piece was finished, all he had to do was place it on ... and done! The machine was large enough to fit one person inside, as was intended. The machine would then scan the being, then create a replica on the other end. He had hoped he placed the final piece on just right, or it may be catastrophic. There was only the testing phase now. No more rats, he had used them all in failed attempts to perfect the machine. The constant bang on the door started giving him a headache. It was decided, then, that he should test his new machine. Before they destroyed it.

One step in, then another. The sound of gunfire could be heard from outside the door. Perhaps they shot the knob? No time to check. He hit a button just outside the machine, a glass door slowly closed in front of him. As it closed, he saw his laboratory being swarmed by agents intent on stopping his machine.

"FIRE!" yelled one, a swarm of bullets flew toward the machine, but bounced off, leaving only dents. The scanner slowly moved down the scientist's body, looking for every detail in his structure. He nervously gulped, this could be the end for both him and his machine.

Bullets still fired as the machine started to create the replica. The bullets centered on that side of the machine now, as it slowly but surely replicated the scientist. Finally, a bullet broke a crucial piece off the machine. The machine rapidly finished building the clone, then shot electricity randomly in all directions.

In a burst of fire, everyone on the outside of the machine was gone. All papers burnt. Parts of the machine remained intact, but everything around it was burnt black by the explosion. The glass door slid open, allowing the scientist to escape. He fell to his knees, a little exhausted. The door to the other chamber opened, as well. The scientist got up and walked over, careful not to step on ashes of anything in the room.

And inside was the first clone, code name Locodude0001.
