Some people were commenting on the pic on DA, and were like 'seems legit', like maybe it was photoshopped -w-;;
but basically it's a bus intended for elementary school/pre-schol kids...maybe to get them motivated? lol.

| Well, Pokemon did create a web-based series called Pokemon Learning League, so I'm not really surprised. Pikachu IS a huge character in Japan, especially to the younger kids, so it's good that they use Pikachu in a positive way. | |

| Nobody would care if it was in a huge city like New York City. Maybe a couple of people would chuckle or be like, "Hey, that's Pikachu!", but I highly doubt it would cause a major commotion. Nobody really cares about other people's business in NYC or LA. | |
